Booking a stay somewhere near Moab, Utah only to realize the accommodations aren’t pet-friendly can be frustrating. At Whispering Oaks Ranch we love our guest’s furry friends! That’s why we offer pet-friendly lodging with perks that benefit both pets and their owners.
So, what can you expect from our pet-friendly lodging?
To make your experience as fun as possible for all involved (human and animal) we offer designated pet-friendly cabins. These cabins are independent locations. These cabins are truly private and set apart from one another, so your pets can feel calm as well as have room to be themselves without disturbing other guests.
These independently located cabins also offer great access to the outdoors, making it super easy for your pets to let off steam and have fun. Not only do we offer 50 acres of open private property, but also 4 ponds for you and your furry companion to explore.
Aside from our on-site pet benefits, Moab as a whole is an outdoor wonderland for pets and their owners. There are hikes, lakes, and viewpoints surrounding Whispering Oaks Ranch on nearly all sides. If you want to explore, we can recommend trails and areas for you and your pet to adventure!
If all of this sounds like a treat for you and your pets, here’s some of the nitty-gritty you should know:
When you call us to make your reservation (we are so excited to have you!) please let us know you have a pet so that we can approve them, and send you our pet policy for you to sign. All pets that come to visit must be well socialized (with fellow animals and humans), and need to be up to date on their vaccinations.
If all those boxes are checked, we may welcome up to two pets per reservation: that way we can take care of all humans and animals involved to the best of our ability. To help with keeping our pet-friendly housing as nice as possible, we charge an extra 15 dollars a night per furry friend.
With the best interests of you and your pet in mind, we require that pets accompany their owners at all times. If at any time during your stay you have to go somewhere without your pet, such as the National Parks, there are doggy daycare or kennels available in Moab that you may find with a google search.
