We love Whispering Oaks! The cozy, well-equipped cabins offer amazing panoramic views and have every vacation comfort you could want. They are centrally located near the mountains, parks, and Moab—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. We’ve returned several times, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. This last visit, they went above and beyond: a skunk sprayed our cabin just before arrival, and since I was off the grid, they tried repeatedly to reach me about the situation. Despite being fully booked, they saved our vacation by opening a larger cabin to us that had been closed for deep cleaning. They’ve earned our loyalty for life.

This place is magic. Tucked back against the epic landscape of the La Sal mountain range. The cabins are private, the area is quiet, and the views are incredible. Especially incredible for events, but our crew really enjoyed staying on property as well. We highly recommend Whispering Oaks Ranch for those who want all the creature comforts in a remote-ish setting!!!  Our stay at SageWood Cabin was perfect! The location was incredible, the cabin was beautifully decorated, and communication when making our reservation was excellent.

I rented the Lone Branch cabin which slept my family of 4 and my elderly parents perfectly. The cabin (house really) had everything— wifi, full modern kitchen, BBQ, TVs in every bedroom, a CLEAN hot tub and wonderful wrap around deck with views of the La Sals and the canyon country surrounding Moab below. Sunsets were epic. We brought our dog for a nominal extra fee. All in all, this is really nice spot for a basecamp away from the bustle of downtown Moab but with easy pretty access to town and very close to upper Sand Flats Rd.

What a magnificent property! We had a wonderful weekend celebrating the wedding of our close friends at Whispering Oaks.  The amenities were so well thought out that this self-serve wedding was fun and simple for friends and family to pitch in on cooking and cleaning and enjoying our time in this beautiful part of the LaSalle mountains. My wife and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub looking at the stars after celebrating each night and slept great in the comfortable accommodations. The hosts of Whispering Oaks are thorough and do an amazing job of making this retreat a memorable experience. We even left some items behind and they shipped them home to us in Vermont at no cost. The Daybreak cabin was perfect for our girls trip.  It was clean, and well stocked with all of the necessities. The setting was beautiful, we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub at night and star gazing. We also used the canoe in the pond, what a perfect little spot. The location is very convenient to hiking and biking trails, we hiked and relaxed at Warner Lake. Whispering Oaks Ranch is such an awesome spot up in the mountains. All the rooms are decorated so nicely and the cabins have everything you could possibly need. Kathy was so great to work with and was very helpful coordinating our stay.
