Policies
Deposits
A credit card and expiration date must be given to book a room. Name, address, phone number, and e-mail address (if available) will be taken so a confirmation can be sent.
A deposit of 50% of total stay is required to reserve a room or cabin. Balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require payment in full.
You must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.
Cancellations & Refunds
14 days advance notice of cancellation: A full refund of your deposit less a $10.00 handling fee will be made. Cancellations made within 7 to 14 days of date of arrival: 50% of your total reserved stay will be charged unless room is reserved by others (less a $10 handling fee)
Cancellations made within 7 days of the date of arrival 100% of your total reserved stay will be charged
Check-In/Out Times
Check-in is 3 pm daily. Earlier or later check-in by special arrangement only. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Holidays or Special Events
A two night minimum stay is required
Smoking & Pets
Please make other accommodations for your pets. Smoking is not allowed inside; please feel free to smoke outside on the patios.
